Whenever i’m asked to feed young children they are always so fussy about vegetables. One effective way I’ve discovered of hiding vegetables in children’s food is by making Sushi. Little kids adores Sushi and the sensory experience that comes with eating Asian food devouring a whole portion for lunch or dinner.
