New Spring Menu.

As the days lengthen and the sunshine returns Surrey K is setting aside comfort food, the heartier dishes of winter and looking ahead to the lighter, fresher tastes of spring.  When invited to sample the brand new spring menu at The Duke of Wellington pub in East Horsley we jumped at the chance to share ideas and gain inspiration for our own Spring cooking. The Duke of Wellington in East Horsley has a long history of being a great village inn.  First as The Greyhound in 1576, then remodelled in the 1840’s by Charles Bray, the architect of The Houses of Parliament who gave the pub its famous brick and flint work. Continue reading →
